HADDOCK SHRIMP BAKE | |
2 lbs. haddock fillets 1 can Campbell's cream of shrimp soup 1/4 c. melted butter 1 tsp. minced onions 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/4 tsp. garlic salt 1 1/4 c. crushed Ritz crackers Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place fish fillets in a greased 13x9 shallow baking dish. Spread cream of shrimp soup evenly over the fish. Bake for 20 minutes at 375 degrees, uncovered. Combine crushed Ritz crackers with remaining ingredients and butter and sprinkle over the fish. Continue baking (uncovered) for another 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. This is my family's favorite fish dish! |
