MESQUITE CHICKEN AND RICE 
2 (4 oz.) mesquite chicken breasts
1 c. rice
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 tbsp. dehydrated onion
Soy sauce to taste

Cook chicken on grill, pressing it flat. Boil rice with onion until tender, add mushrooms. Place rice on plate. Cover with soy sauce to taste and lay chicken on top.
