Secret for "barbecuing" ribs without burning (no small trick) is to cover grill with foil. To keep them juicy, baste with beer, water or broth. The finishing touch is to baste ribs with spicy barbecue sauce until they are glazed. This combined with the charcoal flavor makes them irresistible.
