EASY HEALTHY WAFFLES 
1 1/4 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. wheat germ
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
2 c. milk
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs

Combine dry ingredients. Add milk, oil, and eggs. Mix until smooth. Pour 1 cup on waffle iron. Cook until they stop steaming.

I made these delicious waffles this morning. Very simple recipe and great results. I also added chopped walnuts and vanilla extract to the batter to kick it up a notch. Top with pure maple syrup and fresh starawberries.... yum, yum!!!!
