HONEY BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
4 tbsp. honey
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. melted shortening
1/2 c. blueberries

Sift flour with salt and baking powder. Mix milk, honey, beaten egg, blueberries, and melted shortening; add to dry ingredients. Stir quickly just long enough to moisten dry ingredients.

Fill greased muffin pans 1/2 full. Bake 35 minutes at 400 degrees or until browned. Makes 12 muffins.
