BROCCOLI AND RICE CASSEROLE 
2 cups cooked rice
4 ounce Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 - 10 ounce package frozen chopped cooked broccoli

Cook rice and then cook broccoli. Add other ingredients in a 2 quarts casserole dish.

Bake at 350°F for 30 to 40 minutes.
