QUICK CORN CHOWDER 
2 c. (16 oz. pkg.) frozen niblets corn
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of potato soup
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. chopped pimento, drained (optional)
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 slices bacon, crispy cooked, crumbled

In medium saucepan, cook corn until crisp-tender as directed on package, drain. Stir in remaining ingredients, cook until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.

Makes 3 servings.
