4 c. all-purpose flour 1 3/4 c. Crisco shortening 1 tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. vinegar 1 egg With fork mix first four ingredients. In small bowl beat 1/2 cup water and remaining ingredients. Add to first mixture and blend with fork until dry ingredients are moistened. With hands mold dough into ball and chill at least 15 minutes. Dough can be stored up to 3 days or can be frozen. |
