CRANBERRY MOLD 
2 c. cranberries or 1 can cranberry sauce
1 c. sugar if using fresh cranberries or 1/2 c. water if using sauce
1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry gelatin
Lemon juice to taste
15 lg. marshmallows
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. grated apple

Combine cranberries, sugar, 1 cup water and lemon juice and cook until berries pop or combine sauce, water and lemon juice to heat. Stir in gelatin and marshmallows until dissolved. Remove from heat. Cool. Stir in nuts, celery and apple. Pour into mold or bowl. Chill until firm.
