RICOTTA ALMOND CAKE | |
3 lbs. Ricotta cheese 1 bottle almond extract 12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips, grated in blender Sugar to taste (less than 1/4 c.) Yellow cake mix Make cake mix according to package directions in 2 layers. Split the two layers in half. For the frosting mix the remaining ingredients together. Frost and refrigerate the cake - minimum 2 days. Decorate with sliced almonds or chocolate shavings. |
