ZAMBELLISTIC GRAND FINALE CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
2 lbs. Ricotta cheese
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla
Whipped topping
Fresh strawberries for garnish

Preheat oven 350. Prepare yellow cake mix according to directions and pour into 9x13 pan and set aside.

In separate bowl blend well the Ricotta cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Pour these ingredients over prepared batter. Bake 60 to 70 minutes. Cool and refrigerate. Top with whipped topping and fresh strawberries and serve.
