1 yellow cake mix
2 lbs. ricotta cheese
3/4 c. confectionery sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 lg. bananas
Frozen strawberries
Cool Whip

Make cake mix as directed on box. Put in a 9"x13" pan. Mix the rest of the ingredients and pour on cake mix. Bake in 350 degree oven for 55 to 60 minutes. When cool, put a layer of bananas and layer of frozen strawberries to top with Cool Whip. Delicious.
