1 pkg. yellow cake mix
2 lbs. Ricotta cheese
2/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
4 eggs

Mix yellow cake mix as directed on package. Pour into 9"x13" cake dish sprayed with Pam. Mix cheese, sugar, vanilla and eggs. Beat until smooth. Spoon cheese over cake. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, check with toothpick.
