RICOTTA CHEESECAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. water

TOPPING:

2 tbsp. ricotta cheese
4 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat together the cake mix, 4 eggs, pudding mix, oil and water. Spread the batter evenly into a greased 13 x 15 inch pan.

In a separate bowl beat together the topping ingredients. Spread on top of the cake batter. Do not mix together. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done when tested.
