Duncan Hines Marble Cake Mix
2 lbs. Ricotta cheese (skim or whole milk)
4 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Follow regular cake recipe on box. Pour into greased and floured 13x9x2 inch pan or large springform pan.

Combine cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla. Pour over cake batter.
