RICOTTA CHEESE CAKE 
1 lb. cream cheese
1 lb. ricotta cheese
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. cornstarch
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt
4 tbsp. melted butter
1 pt. sour cream

Cream cheeses and sugar. Beat eggs in one at a time. Add flour, vanilla, cornstarch, and salt. Beat; add butter while beating. Fold in sour cream. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Keep in oven 2 hours longer with oven off.
