1 stick butter
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. crunchy peanut butter
2 c. powdered sugar

Melt above 3 ingredients together (microwave is good). Pour over contents of a 12.3 ounce box Crispix cereal. Stir until cereal is covered; let cool and firm to touch.

Shake in powdered sugar (brown bag or bread wrapper is good); approximately 2 cups sugar needed. Store in a container with tight fitting lid.
