1 stick butter
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. smooth peanut butter
1 (12.3 oz.) box Crispix cereal
2 c. powdered sugar

Mix first 3 ingredients together and pour over cereal. Stir until well coated. Put 2 cups sugar in brown paper bag. Pour cereal mixture into bag and shake well. Let sit 5 minutes for chocolate to firm. Store in container with tight fitting lid.

Add 1 jar peanuts to make Kibbles and Bits.
