Boil as many eggs as you wish to pickle boiling for 20 minutes. Shell. Use vinegar saved from hot jalapeno pepper mix with vinegar from dill pickles, 1/2 and 1/2 boil. Pack eggs in jars pour boiling vinegar over eggs seal. Will be hot but good!
