CANADIAN PICKLED EGGS 
2 c. white vinegar
1 tsp. pickling spice
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt

Simmer 8 minutes. 12 hard cooked eggs, shelled

Put into 1 1/2 quart jar. Strain in hot vinegar solution. Cover. Chill before using. Keeps quite a while in refrigerator. Add beet juice for color if desired.
