EASY BUTTERED BEER LOAF 
3 c. self rising flour
3 tbsp. sugar
1 (12 oz.) can cold beer
1/2 c. butter, melted

Combine flour, sugar and beer; mix well. Pour into greased 9"x5" loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Pour butter over top and cook for an additional 10 minutes, or until lightly browned. Serve warm.
