FUDGE CAKE AND COCOA FROSTING 
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. melted butter
3 eggs
4 heaping tbsp. cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
Pinch of salt
1 c. nuts

Mix sugar and eggs; add flour; melt butter and cocoa together and mix with sugar and eggs. Add vanilla and nuts. Pour into greased 9x13 inch pan and bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes.

Frost while hot with cocoa frosting.

COCOA FROSTING:

1 box confectioners' sugar
1/2 stick butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat first 4 ingredients; add milk 1 tablespoon at a time until consistency is creamy. Frost hot fudge cake.
