MAYONNAISE CAKE WITH COCOA
BUTTER FROSTING
 
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. hot water
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. plain flour

Combine ingredients and pour into greased and floured pans. Bake at 275 degrees for 30 minutes.

FROSTING:

6 tbsp. butter
4 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/4-1/3 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. cocoa powder
