RICE PILAF 
1 med. onion, thinly sliced
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. rice
2 c. chicken broth

Melt butter in 1 1/2 quart Corning Ware. Saute onion until soft and glossy and just beginning to brown. Add rice and brown lightly. Add broth. Bring to boil, cover and place at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
