EASY STRUDL 
2 c. flour
1/2 lb. butter (1 c.)
3 egg yolks
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 c. water

FILLING:

2 to 4 apples
1/4 c. bread crumbs
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tbsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. yellow raisins

Cut butter into flour as for pie crust. Add egg yolks, vinegar and water and mix well. Cover and refrigerate overnight or 2 hours. Divide dough into 3 or 4 pieces. Roll each into a rectangle about 10 x 14 inches. Cut up 2 to 4 apples in small slices. Sprinkle with mixture of: 1/4 cup bread crumbs, 3 tablespoon sugar, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, and 1/4 cup yellow raisins. Then start rolling apple filled dough. Place all 3 on cookie sheet, tuck in ends, and bake at 375 degrees for about 45 minutes until golden brown.
