HERBED GOAT CHEESE SPREAD | |
8 oz. goat cheese, softened 3 oz. cream cheese, softened 1 tbsp. parsley, chopped 1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves, powdered or crushed 1/4 tsp. dried rosemary, powdered 1 garlic clove, minced Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate several hours or overnight to allow flavors to blend. Serve on crackers or toasted party rounds. Keep leftovers tightly covered in refrigerator or freeze until needed. |
