GOAT CHEESE SAUCE WITH
VEGETABLES
 
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. dry chicken bouillon
1 tsp. marjoram leaves
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper (white preferred)
1 1/4 c. water

Heat water to boiling. Boil 1 minute, then reduce heat to a simmer. Add 8 ounces of goat cheese, cubed, and stir.

Steam vegetables:

3/4 c. carrot strips
3 tbsp. green onions, crisp-tender
2 1/2 c. cauliflower

Serve sauce with vegetables over your favorite pasta. Pieces of sauteed chicken, turkey breast can be added to this to make it even tastier.
