HEAVENLY CHOCOLATE PUDDING
DESSERT
 
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. confectioner's sugar
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
9 oz. Cool Whip
2 c. milk
1 sm. pkg. each of chocolate and vanilla pudding mix
Crushed Heath bars

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine first 3 ingredients in bowl, mixing well. Press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake for 20 minutes. Cream confectioner's sugar and cream cheese together in bowl. Fold in half the Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust. Beat mild and pudding mixes together in bowl until thick. Spread over cheese layer. Top with remaining Cool Whip. Sprinkle Heath bars on top. Chill until serving time.
