CHOCOLATE OR PISTACHIO PUDDING
DESSERT
 
CRUST:

1/3 c. box crushed graham crackers
1/2 c. melted butter
1/3 c. white sugar

PUDDING:

2 sm. boxes chocolate or pistachio instant pudding
2 c. cold milk
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
1 angel food cake, baked

Bake angel food cake according to package directions.

Crust: Mix crackers, butter or sugar. Pat in 9x13 pan and bake about 8 minutes at 350 degrees.

Break angel food cake into small pieces over crust. Mix pudding and milk until smooth. Then add 8 ounces Cool Whip. Pour on top of cake. Refrigerate until set (2 hours), then top with remaining Cool Whip.
