PISTACHIO PUDDING CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. pistachio instant pudding
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. chocolate syrup
1 oz. chopped pistachios
1 tsp. almond extract

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour bundt pan. Mix together for 5 minutes cake mix, pudding, eggs, oil, juice and water. Put 3/4 batter into pan. Add syrup, nuts and extract to remaining batter. Mix and pour on top of batter in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or tester comes out clean. Cool 30 minutes before turning out.
