NOODLES WITH SESAME SEEDS 
1/2 lb. fine noodles
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. butter
Ground black pepper to taste
Salt to taste
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes

Boil noodles in salted water for 2-3 minutes or until tender. Do not overcook. Drain.

Heat the oil in a saucepan. Add the sesame seeds and saute them briefly until lightly browned. Add the butter, noodles, salt, ground pepper and pepper flakes tossing the noodles in the butter mixture. Serve immediately.
