CREAMY RICE BAKE 
3 c. long-grain rice, cooked
1 (16 oz.) can Veg-All, drained
1 sm. c. curd cottage cheese
1 c. sour cream
2/3 c. onion, chopped
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 tbsp. parsley, chopped
1 bay leaf, crumbled
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Shredded Cheddar cheese, to taste
Paprika, to taste

Combine first 9 ingredients in large bowl. Spoon into greased 2-quart baking dish. Top with cheese and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees 30 to 35 minutes. Cooked ham or turkey can be added.
