PORTUGUESE STEW 
1 med. onion, diced
1 tbsp. oil
1 lb. fillet fish
2 fresh tomatoes
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Parsley to taste
4 peeled potatoes
Salt & pepper to taste
3 shots Tabasco sauce
Few shakes paprika

Saute diced onion in oil. Then add fish fillet (cut in bite-size). Add chopped tomatoes and garlic cloves, parsley to taste. Add peeled potatoes in chunk size, salt and pepper to taste, 3 shots Tabasco sauce and few shakes paprika. Simmer all above about 25 minutes. Serve with tossed salad.
