CHEESE CAKE 
1 sm. box graham crackers (48 sq.) roll fine
1/2 lb. butter
1 tbsp. sugar

Line bottom of pan. Sprinkle some on top of cake.

FILLING:

1 1/4 lb. ricotta cheese
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
4 eggs, separate, fold beaten egg whites in last
1/2 pt. sour cream

Bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees. Then lower to 325 degrees for 1/2 hour. Leave in oven until cool with door open.
