MOON CAKE | |
1 c. water 1/2 c. butter 1 c. flour 4 eggs 2 (3 1/2 oz.) pkgs. instant vanilla pudding 8 oz. cream cheese 1 lg. Cool Whip Chocolate syrup Nuts Boil water and butter. Add flour and stir rapidly until it forms a ball. Cool slightly. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Spread in ungreased jelly roll 10"x15" pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Mix pudding as directed on package, add softened cream cheese and whip as smooth as possible. Spread on cooled crust and refrigerate until cold. Cover with Cool Whip and drizzle with chocolate syrup and sprinkle with chopped nuts. Keep in refrigerator uncovered. |
