BEER BREAD 
3 c. self rising flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 can beer
1 bowl
1 wooden spoon
1 reg. size loaf pan, greased

Mix flour and sugar together in bowl. Pour in beer (all of it, no sips). Stir until dough cleans sides of bowl. Plop it into greased loaf pan and spread out. Top will not be smooth. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Top will be bumpy when you bring it out. butter the top. Let cool 10 minutes. Turn out of pan. Try this bread toasted.
