2 1/2 sticks butter
2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cooking oil
3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 c. yellow cake mix
5 eggs
1 c. sweet milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. lemon extract

Cream butter, sugar and oil until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Sift flour, baking powder, and yellow cake mix together. Add to creamed mixture alternately with the sweet milk. Blend in flavorings.

Bake in lightly greased and floured 12x18x2 inch pan at 350 degrees for approximately 35 to 40 minutes or until tested done in your oven. Makes about 50 squares.
