SKILLET CABBAGE 
2 tbsp. cooking oil
3 c. chopped cabbage
1 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. chopped seeded tomatoes
1 tsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Heat oil in 10" skillet. Add all ingredients; mix well. Cover and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes or until cabbage is tender but still crisp. Serves 6.
