SKILLET CABBAGE 
2 slices bacon, fried, save the drippings
3 c. shredded cabbage
1 green pepper, cored, seeded and cut in strips
1 c. diced celery
1 onion, sliced thin
4 ripe tomatoes, peeled and chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

In large skillet, saute the pepper, celery and onions in bacon drippings until tender. Add cabbage and tomatoes, salt and pepper. Cook covered until tender. Serves 8.
