FABULOUS FRUIT SALAD 
4 large Delicious apples
1 16 oz. can pineapple tidbits (use juice for dressing)
1 pkg. Angel coconut
1 16 oz. can fruit cocktail (drained)
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1/2 lb. mild Cheddar cheese, grated
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
Juice from pineapple
3 tbsp. flour
Juice of 1 lemon
2 tsp. salad mustard

Core applies and dice into bowl. Stir in drained fruit cocktail, pineapple and marshmallows. Set aside. Mix flour and sugar in pan. Add 2 beaten eggs and juice of 1 lemon and pineapple juice. Cook dressing over medium heat until it thickens. Cool, add mustard. Mix with salad. Sprinkle coconut over top, then cover with a layer of grated cheese. Refrigerate. (Should be made the night before it is to be served. Will last several days in refrigerator.)
