FROZEN FRUIT SALAD 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. powdered sugar
3/4 tsp. vanilla extract
1/3 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise
1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained
1/3 c. maraschino cherry halves
1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail, drained
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1/3 c. whipping cream
Few drops red food coloring
Additional whipping cream for garnish

Whip cream cheese in mixer. Add powdered sugar and mix until well blended. Add vanilla and blend in salad dressing or mayonnaise. Fold in fruit and marshmallows. Whip cream and fold into fruit mixture. Add food coloring and mix - salad should be pale pink. Ladle into 5 ounce serving or souffle cups. Freeze immediately, at least overnight.

Defrost about 15 minutes before serving. Garnish with whipped cream and a cherry.
