FROZEN FRUIT SALAD 
1 c. sour cream or plain yogurt
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1-2 bananas, cut up
1/4 c. pecans, chopped
1/2 c. miniature marshmallows, optional
1/4 c. maraschino cherries, chopped

Mix sour cream, lemon juice, sugar and salt until well blended. Add remaining ingredients. Freeze in muffin tin lined with cupcake liners. After they are well frozen put in a plastic bag. These keep real well in the freezer.
