5 med. potatoes, unpeeled
2 med. onions, chopped
1 sm. green pepper, chopped
2 tbsp. oil
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. paprika

Boil potatoes in water 20 to 25 minutes until tender. Peel and cut into 1 inch cubes. In a large skillet, cook onions and green pepper in oil until tender. Add potatoes and sprinkle with pepper and paprika. Cook over medium heat 10 minutes or until potatoes are browned, stirring frequently.
