BACON WRAPPED SHRIMP AND WATER
CHESTNUTS
 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. bacon
20 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 (8 oz.) can whole water chestnuts
1/2 c. bottled teriyaki sauce
1/2 c. barbecue sauce

You will need toothpicks.

Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut bacon slices in half. Cook bacon slices in skillet until cooked but not crisp. Wrap bacon pieces around shrimp and water chestnuts. Place shrimp in an 8-inch glass baking dish. Brush water chestnuts with barbecue sauce. Place in oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until bacon is crisp.

Serves 10 to 12.
