FROZEN FRUIT CUP 
2 pkg. frozen strawberries
2 cans pineapple tidbits, drained
1 lg. can apricots (cut up), drained
3-4 bananas

Bring to a boil and pour over frozen berries: 1 c. water 2 tbsp. lemon juice

Add pineapple, cut up bananas and apricots. Freeze in plastic cups. Serves about 18.

There aren't enough crutches in the world for all the lame
excuses.
DUMP SALAD

1 can apricot pie filling
1 can crushed pineapple
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 lg. container Cool Whip
Chopped nuts, optional

Mix all ingredients except milk. Pour into a 9 x 13 inch pan and freeze overnight. Top with nuts, if desired before freezing. Take out 15-20 minutes before serving. No need to refreeze leftovers. They will keep in refrigerator for several days. This can also be made in a bowl and night freezing. Add a graham cracker crust and serve as a dessert.
