SUGAR FREE COOKIES 
1/2 c. shortening
4 or 5 pkgs. Sweet & Low
1 pkg. sugar free butterscotch pudding
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
6 tbsp. (approx.) warm water
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (7 oz.) sugar free carob chips (approx.)
1/2 c. seedless raisins
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix shortening, sweetener, pudding and egg. Sift dry ingredients and add alternately with water. Add raisins, nuts and chips. Drop by spoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes.
