FRUIT CAKE COOKIES 
1 1/2 c. butter
1 1/4 c. sugar
6 eggs
1 qt. pecans
3 c. flour
1 1/4 tsp. cloves
1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/4 tsp. allspice
1/2 lb. candied cherries
1/2 lb. candied pineapple or raisins

Mix as any other cookie. Save some flour to mix fruit in to coat. Mix all together and store in refrigerator overnight. Drop on cookie sheet by teaspoonfuls. Bake at 250 degrees for 35 minutes. If too thick add 2 teaspoons of fruit juice.
