CHOCOLATE SHEET CAKE 
2 sticks butter
1/4 c. cocoa
1 c. water

Stir to boiling point in saucepan. 2 c. sugar 1 tsp. salt 2 eggs

Place above ingredients in large bowl and add hot chocolate mixture; mix well. Add: 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. vanilla

(Cake pan = 17" x 11 3/4" cookie sheet.) Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Frost cake when cool.

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
1/4 c. cocoa 8 tbsp. milk

Stir to boiling point in saucepan. Add 1 box powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1 cup chopped walnuts.
