STUFFED BAKED POTATOES 
6 med. baking potatoes
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. milk
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Bake potatoes as usual until done. Cut potatoes in half lengthwise. Scoop potato out of shells, mash. Add remaining ingredients except cheese. Mash until fluffy. Spoon back into shells. Place in 9 x 13 inch pan and top with cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. 6 servings.
