VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 can Veg-All, drained
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of chicken soup

TOPPING:

1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 c. Ritz crackers

Mix the first 6 ingredients and pour into casserole dish. Melt butter and add Worcestershire sauce. Pour over mixture and top with crushed Ritz crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
